The late customer did not leave a Will (died intestate). What documentation will you need from me?
- Please complete a Bereavement Notification Form(PDF) and send it to us by post or email with a copy of the Death Certificate.
- Before we can close the accounts, we may ask for a Grant of Letters of Administration to confirm that you have the authority to manage them.
- We’ll ask you to upload your identity documents via an electronic identification service. If you’re unable to do this, please call us.
When you’re ready to close the accounts, please complete a Closure Form. We’ll send this to you by post, and you can also download a copy from the website.
